Do I need all three services?
No. Most clients start with one. The D-Code Session tells us exactly where the gap is biggest and what to prioritize. You don't buy what you don't need.
How long does a project take?
Identity takes 6 to 8 weeks. Presence takes 8 to 10 weeks. Systems take 10 to 12 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide feedback and materials.
What if I already have a logo or a website?
We start with a diagnosis. If what you have is working — we'll tell you. If it isn't — we'll show you exactly why and what it's costing you.
Do you work with any type of business?
We work with established businesses and professionals — law, finance, construction, real estate, medicine, consulting. If your business runs on reputation and referrals, we're probably a fit.
What does "Starting at" mean in your pricing?
Every project is scoped after the D-Code Session. The starting price reflects the minimum investment for each service. Final pricing depends on your specific needs, complexity, and scope.
Do you offer payment plans?
Projects are structured as 50% at signing and 50% at delivery. We don't offer installment plans — but the deposit secures your spot and the balance isn't due until the work is done.
Can I hire you for just one thing?
Yes. Each service — Identity, Presence, Systems — is available independently. You don't have to commit to the full ladder to get started.
