Agreement Between User and 5PM Tek LLC FL

D-Code Strategy Session
A 45-minute diagnostic session to evaluate your current online presence and identify gaps between your professional credibility and how the world sees you online. Fee: $250.
Identity
A complete visual identity system including logo, color palette, typography, brand guidelines, and brand applications. Starting at $3,500.
Presence
Website design and development, Google Business Profile setup, professional email configuration, domain setup, and basic SEO. Starting at $4,500.
Systems
CRM setup, automations, onboarding workflows, follow-up sequences, proposal and contract workflows, Stripe integration, booking setup, A2P verification, reputation management, and reporting dashboard. Starting at $5,500, with an ongoing monthly partnership at $297/month.
IT Support
Monthly priority technical support including scheduled calls, remote support, and on-site support at applicable rates. $197/month.
Each service is governed by a separate service agreement between 5PM Tek LLC FL and the client. These Terms govern general use of our website and communications — not the specific terms of individual engagements.
